NEW YORK, April 25, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lowey Dannenberg P.C., a preeminent law firm in obtaining redress for consumers and investors, announces the filing of a class action lawsuit against BigBear.ai Holdings, Inc. (“BigBear” or the “Company”) (NYSE: BBAI) for violations of the federal securities laws on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired BigBear common stock between March 31, 2022 and March 25, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”). On April 11, 2025, a complaint was filed against the Company and certain of its current and former officers, alleging that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) BigBear maintained deficient accounting review policies related to the reporting and disclosure of certain non-routine, unusual, or complex transactions; (ii) as a result, the Company incorrectly determined that the conversion option within the 2026 Convertible Notes qualified for the derivative scope
