DENVER, May 06, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBCP) (“CPH” or the “Company”), a leading provider of concrete pumping services and concrete waste management services in the U.S. and U.K., today announced that it has launched a proposed follow-on public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its common stock (the “Offering”). In addition, CPH expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 shares of its common stock. CPH intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to finance a portion of the previously announced acquisition of Capital Pumping, LP and its affiliates (the “Capital Acquisition”), as well as transaction costs incurred in connection with the Capital Acquisition. Any proceeds from the offering in excess of amounts used to pay costs related to the Capital Acquisition will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital and capital expenditures.
