DENVER, May 10, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBCP) (“CPH” or the “Company”), a leading provider of concrete pumping services and concrete waste management services in the U.S. and U.K., today announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 16,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $4.50 per share resulting in gross proceeds of $72,000,000. The offering is expected to close on May 14, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, CPH has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,400,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price. CPH intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to finance a portion of the previously announced acquisition of Capital Pumping, LP and its affiliates (the “Capital Acquisition”), as well as transaction costs incurred in connection with the Capital Acquisition.
