(Nasdaq: BBCP) (the "Company" or "CPH"), a leading provider of concrete pumping and waste management services in the U.S. and U.K., reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended October 31, 2025. Fourth Quarter Fiscal Year 2025 Summary vs. Fourth Quarter of Fiscal Year 2024 (where applicable) ? Revenue of $108.8 million compared to $111.5 million. ? Gross profit of $43.3 million compared to $46.2 million. ? Income from operations of $16.9 million compared to $19.2 million. ? Net income of $5.3 million compared to $9.4 million. ? Net income attributable to common shareholders was $4.9 million, or $0.09 per diluted share, compared to $9.0 million, or $0.16 per diluted share. ?
