Stock selection in the real estate and financials sectors contributed to relative performance, while stock selection in the information technology and consumer discretionary sectors detracted. Shares of the copper and gold producer rallied in the quarter as both copper and gold prices soared. We significantly reduced our holdings in Bath & Body Works given concerns over poor execution by management and belief the turnaround will take considerable time. We remain focused on investing in well-managed, profitable companies with low debt levels that we believe are undervalued by the market.
