METTAWA, Ill., April 30, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC) today declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.24 per share. The dividend will be payable on June 12, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2020. “Our ability to pay a dividend to our shareholders in this uncertain time is a testament to our strong financial and liquidity position and is consistent with our policy objectives of sustaining our dividend throughout an economic cycle,” said Dave Foulkes, Brunswick Chief Executive Officer.
