BAYONNE, N.J., Jan. 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BCB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), (NASDAQ: BCBP), the holding company for BCB Community Bank (the “Bank”), today reported a net loss of $12.0 million for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to net income of $4.3 million in the third quarter of 2025, and net income of $3.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2024. The Company’s loss per diluted share for the fourth quarter was ($0.73) compared to earnings per diluted share of $0.22 in the preceding quarter and $0.16 in the fourth quarter of 2024. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share. The dividend will be payable on February 26, 2026, to common shareholders of record on February 11, 2026. “As previously noted in our Form 8-K filed on January 16, 2026, our fourth-quarter results reflect a $15.1 million pre-tax write-down on an isolated cannabis-related real estate owned (REO) property, as well as $16.3
