Milestone On July 15, 2025, the Company successfully completed the merger with Logan Ridge Finance Corporation (“LRFC”) with and into the Company, with the combined company now operating as BCP Investment Corporation. The transaction marked a significant milestone for the Company, providing increased scale, broader portfolio diversification, and enhanced operating efficiencies.
