WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BayCom Corp (“BayCom” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BCML), the holding company for United Business Bank (the “Bank” or “UBB”), announced earnings of $6.9 million, or $0.63 per diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to earnings of $5.0 million, or $0.46 per diluted common share, for the third quarter of 2025 and $6.1 million, or $0.55 per diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2024.Net income for the fourth quarter of 2025 increased $1.9 million, or 37.0%, compared to the third quarter of 2025. This increase was primarily the result of a $2.7 million decrease in provision for credit losses and a $1.6 million increase in net interest income, partially offset by a $1.4 million decrease in noninterest income, primarily due to changes in equity securities valuations, an $885,000 increase in provision for income taxes, and a $220,000 increase in noninterest expense.
