WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BayCom Corp (“BayCom” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BCML), the holding company for United Business Bank (the “Bank” or “UBB”), announced earnings of $5.0 million, or $0.46 per diluted common share, for the third quarter of 2025, compared to earnings of $6.4 million, or $0.58 per diluted common share, for the second quarter of 2025 and $6.0 million, or $0.54 per diluted common share, for the third quarter of 2024.Net income for the third quarter of 2025 decreased $1.4 million, or 21.3%, compared to the second quarter of 2025. This decrease was primarily the result of a $2.8 million increase in provision for credit losses and a $192,000 increase in noninterest expense, partially offset by a $249,000 increase in net interest income, a $736,000 increase in noninterest income, and a $621,000 decrease in provision for income taxes.
