NEW YORK, January 05, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Tidal Investments LLC, a Tidal Financial Group company known as The ETF Masters , today announced leadership advancements that support the firm's next phase of strategic growth. Effective January 1, 2026, Co-Founder and CEO Guillermo Trias will transition to Executive Chairman, and Chief Revenue Officer Gavin Filmore will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Grounded in Tidal's client-centric philosophy, the transition has been guided by principles of value creation, continuity, intentional succession, and a structured, collaborative handover. As Executive Chairman, Trias will continue to provide strategic oversight, guide long-term planning and capital allocation, support major corporate initiatives, and ensure continuity of vision, while delegating day-to-day management and operations to Filmore as CEO.
