This is about sentiment, and it's knee-jerk to maybe three economies no one ever thinks about on a daily basis unless they live in South Africa, Argentina or Turkey. Another reason for concern is rising interest rates in the U.S. and the strong dollar result of those higher rates are hurting foreign debts of heavily indebted countries.
