PHILADELPHIA, April 23, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brandywine Realty Trust (the “Company”) (NYSE:BDN) announced today that its operating partnership, Brandywine Operating Partnership, LP (the “Operating Partnership”), intends to redeem all of the outstanding 4.10% Guaranteed Notes due October 1, 2024 (the “Notes”) issued by the Operating Partnership and not purchased pursuant to its previously announced tender offer for such Notes. The expected redemption date will be June 7, 2024 (the “Redemption Date”). The Notes will be redeemed at a redemption price equal to the greater of: (a) 100% of the principal amount of the Notes then outstanding to be redeemed; and (b) the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest on the Notes to be redeemed (not including any portion of such payments of interest accrued to the date of redemption) discounted to the date of redemption on a semiannual basis (assuming a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day mo
