Corp. (TSXV: AUEN) (OTC Pink: LCKYF) (" Golden Sk y" or the " Company ") is pleased to announce that at its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the " Meeting ") held on November 12, 2025, a majority of disinterested shareholders approved the previously announced Option and Joint Venture Agreement (the " Agreement ") with Boliden Mineral Canada Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Boliden AB (" Boliden The shareholders have overwhelmingly approved the resolution, with more than 95% of disinterested votes cast in favor, ratifying the definitive agreement dated September 3 rd , 2025. Under the Agreement, Boliden has the option to earn an 80% interest in the Company's wholly owned Rayfield copper-gold porphyry property located in south-central British Columbia by funding C$20 million in exploration expenditures over staged milestones.
