General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 11.00 (CEST). The AGM will be held in Kulturhuset Sjöängen, Drottning Kristinas väg 2, Askersund, Sweden. The meeting facilities will be open for registration from 9.00 (CEST). The Board of Directors has resolved that the shareholders will be able to exercise their voting rights at the AGM also in advance (postal voting) in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association, see below under "Advance Voting (Postal Voting)" for further information.
