(“Beike” or the “Company”) (NYSE: BEKE and HKEX: 2423), a leading integrated online and offline platform for housing transactions and services, today announced its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 and a final cash dividend. Business and Financial Highlights for the Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2023 Gross transaction value (GTV)1 in 2023 was RMB3,142.9 billion (US$442.7 billion), an increase of 20.4% year-over-year. GTV of existing home transactions was RMB2,028.0 billion (US$285.6 billion), an increase of 28.6% year-over-year. GTV of new home transactions was RMB1,003.0 billion (US$141.3 billion), an increase of 6.7% year-over-year. GTV of home renovation and furnishing was RMB13.3 billion (US$1.9 billion), an increase of 145.8% year-over-year.
