Bel Fuse Class B shares, which closed Wednesday at $70.11, were recently down nearly 22% to $55 in light premarket trading. Advertisement After the closing bell on Wednesday, Bel Fuse reported fourth-quarter sales of $140 million, down 17% from $169.2 million a year earlier and below the $151.9 million that analysts polled by FactSet, on average, were expecting. The West Orange, N.J., company also forecast first-quarter sales of $125 million to $135 million, well short of the $152.1 million penciled in by Wall Street.
