The ClearBridge Global Value Improvers Strategy outperformed its benchmark during the fourth quarter, supported by strong stock selection across communication services, financials and industrials. Siemens Energy continues to benefit from rising global investment in grid upgrades and power generation capacity, particularly as utilities expand infrastructure to meet data center electricity demand. We established a position in Merck KGaA, a Germany-based science and technology company with businesses spanning life sciences, health care and electronics.
