In addition, Patrice Cloutier has joined Wellington-Altus as vice-president of corporate development for Quebec. He brings 30 years of industry experience, most recently as associate vice-president (VP) of regional sales with Franklin Templeton Investments, where he's worked for 13 years. Geoff Chen has moved into an investment advisor role at TD Wealth Private Investment Advice, starting his own practice after three years as VP, high-net-worth (HNW) planning at TD Wealth. Chen joined TD in a senior role focused on HNW tax and estate planning in 2020, following tax-focused roles at Grant Thornton LLP, Best Buy
