On December 17, Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE:BEN) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per share. The payment is scheduled for January 9, 2026, for shareholders of record as of December 30, 2025. The new dividend reflects a 3.1% increase from both the prior quarter and the same period last year. The company has raised its dividend every year since 1981. That consistency continues to stand out in the asset management space. The board also approved an expanded share repurchase authorization.
