NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Better Home & Finance Holding Company (Nasdaq: BETR) (“Better,” the “Company,” “we” or “our”), a leading AI-powered homeownership company, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering (the “Offering”) of the 1,875,000 shares of its Class A Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share (“Class A Common Stock”), for total expected gross proceeds of approximately $60 million before underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 281,250 shares of Class A Common Stock to cover over-allotments, if any. All shares of Class A Common Stock to be sold in the Offering are to be sold by the Company.The Offering is expected to close on April 9, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
