LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Bright Horizons Family Solutions Inc. (“Bright Horizons” or “the Company”) (NYSE: BFAM) for violations of the securities laws.The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Bright Horizons reported its Q4 financial results on February 12, 2026. The Company reported significantly reduced net income and diluted earnings per share due to a $14.8 million impairment and lease termination costs related to childcare facility closures. The Company announced an expected "45 to 50 or so closures" in 2026, much higher than its prior estimate of "25 to 30 or so centers."
