April 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank First Corporation (NASDAQ: BFC ) ("Bank First" or the "Bank"), the holding company for Bank First, N.A., reported net income of $20.0 million, or $1.78 per share, for the first quarter of 2026, compared with net income of $18.2 million, or $1.82 per share, for the prior-year first quarter. After removing the impact of $6.5 million of expenses related to the acquisition of Centre 1 Bancorp, Inc. ("Centre"), as well as $0.2 million of net gains on the sale of certain assets, the Bank reported adjusted net income (non-GAAP) of $25.1 million, or $2.24 per share, for the first quarter of 2026. There were no similar acquisition expenses or gains on sale of assets during the first quarter of 2025.
