(Nasdaq: BFRI) (“Biofrontera” or the “Company”), a leader in photodynamic therapy (PDT) development and commercialization, today announced preliminary unaudited revenue results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025. Fourth quarter revenues are expected to be between $17.0 million and $17.5 million, representing the highest quarterly revenue in the Company’s history. For the full year 2025, revenues are expected to be in the range of $41.5 million to $42.0 million, reflecting year-over-year growth of approximately 11% to 13%.
