(NYSE: BGS) announced today that – due to the public health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic and recommendations and orders from federal and New Jersey authorities – the location of its annual meeting has been changed to a virtual-only meeting format.As previously announced, the annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
