Top Upgrade: Argus upgraded BHP Group (BHP) to Buy from Hold with a $68 price target. The firm says iron ore, copper, and coal prices, which drive BHP's results, are "firming as the global economy picks up." From a technical standpoint, BHP appears to be reversing a bearish pattern of lower highs and lower lows that dates to March 2022, the firm says. Top Downgrades: RBC Capital downgraded DigitalBridge (DBRG) to Sector Perform from Outperform with a price target of $16, down from $23, after SoftBank (SFTBY) announced the acquisition of DigitalBridge in an all-cash offer for $16 per share, representing a total enterprise value of $4B.
