BHP Group Limited (BHP) Prices $1.5 Billion Senior Unsecured Bond Offering in the U.S. Market Through BHP Billiton Finance (USA) Limited BHP Group Limited (NYSE:BHP) priced a $1.5 billion senior unsecured bond offering in the U.S. market through its subsidiary BHP Billiton Finance (USA) Limited on September 2, 2025. The offering includes $500 million in 10-year bonds at a 5.000% fixed coupon maturing in 2036 and $1 billion in 30-year bonds at 5.750% maturing in 2055. The bonds, guaranteed by BHP Group Limited (NYSE:BHP), were filed under its U.S. debt registration statement with the SEC on August 20. Proceeds will fund the company's general corporate operations, with settlement expected on September 5, pending customary closing conditions.
