(the “Company” or “Burke & Herbert”) (Nasdaq: BHRB) reported financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. In addition, at its meeting on April 23, 2026, the board of directors declared a $0.55 per share regular cash dividend to be paid on June 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2026.
