on the discovery, development and commercialization of life-changing therapies to treat a broad range of rare and common diseases, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 23,333,334 of its common shares at a price to the public of $7.50 per share. In addition, Biohaven has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,500,000 common shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $175 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by Biohaven. The offering is expected to close on November 13, 2025, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
