In my view, Mr. Market is looking beyond the legacy Search business contraction and focusing on the explosive growth in Baidu's AI Cloud and Apollo Go (robotaxi) businesses. Despite near-term revenue and margin pressures from the AI transition, BIDU stock offers ~50% upside to fair value as per TQI's Valuation Model, with expected 5-year CAGR return of ~22.1%. I rate BIDU stock a "Buy" in the $110s, favoring staggered accumulation, as the twin growth engine of AI Cloud and Apollo Go positions the Chinese conglomerate for a turnaround.
