BigCommerce processes about $32 billion in annual GMV and reports roughly $350 million ARR with nearly $30 million in non-GAAP operating income, but management says it's not monetizing GMV well; new pricing and packaging (renamed to core growth scale and performance ) and support changes take effect June 1 to improve monetization.
