CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Feb. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Biogen Inc. (Nasdaq: BIIB) today announced that the Board of Directors has elected Dr. Maria C. Freire as Chair of the Board of Directors, effective immediately following the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”), scheduled to take place on June 9, 2026. Dr. Freire will succeed Caroline Dorsa who has decided to retire from the Biogen Board of Directors and not to stand for reelection at the Annual Meeting.
