(Nasdaq: BIOA) (“BioAge”, “the Company”), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing therapeutic product candidates for metabolic diseases by targeting the biology of human aging, today announced a proposed underwritten public offering in which it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, up to $75.0 million of shares of its common stock. In addition, BioAge intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $11.25 million of shares of its common stock. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by BioAge.
