(NASDAQ: BIOS) ("BioScrip" or the “Company”), the largest independent national provider of infusion and home care management solutions, today announced that its stockholders approved the proposals that are conditions to the proposed merger with Option Care at the Company’s special meeting of stockholders held earlier today.
