(NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held April 27, 2020. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2020, will receive $0.535 per share, payable June 1, 2020. The company also announces that it will release its 2020 first quarter earnings after the market closes Monday, May 4, 2020, and will host a live conference call and webcast at 11 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, to discuss the company’s financial results.
