NEW YORK, Nov. 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bakkt Holdings, Inc. (“Bakkt” or the “Company”) (NYSE:BKKT) announced today announced that it has completed its previously disclosed reorganization, eliminating its umbrella partnership-C corporation (“Up-C”) structure and transitioning to a single class of common stock. The completion of this restructuring considerably simplifies Bakkt’s capital structure and saves costs.
