2025 beat the framework, and scaled a self-funded reinvestment program to $700 million in 2026 expected to drive about $400 million of incremental revenue and roughly $300 million net impact while drawing on achieved transformation savings. Booking is rolling out agentic AI tools across brands to deliver end-to-end trip support; the company says these tools already cut average cost per booking by about in 2025 by lowering handling time and contact rates, while LLM-originated booking traffic remains very small today.
