Outback's 666 domestic restaurants account for the bulk of the company's 1,095 locations in the United States and all of its 455 restaurants overseas. “2025 was centered on aligning the organization around operational priorities to build the foundation for our turnaround strategy with a focus on consistency of execution and food, service, experience, and value to deliver a great guest experience,” he said. “We are seeing continued improvements in guest metric scores and traffic gains, reinforcing that our focus is driving momentum.
