water management solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors ("the Board") declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share, payable on December 5, 2025, to shareholders of record on November 21, 2025. In addition, the Board approved a new share repurchase authorization for up to $75 million of the Company's outstanding common stock through November 30, 2028. The new share repurchase authorization replaces the existing authorization that was approved by the Board in February 2023 and set to expire in February 2026. Under the existing authorization, the Company purchased 82,448 shares of its common stock for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $15 million during the fourth quarter of 2025. The new share repurchase program authorizes the Company to purchase shares from time to time in the open market, through privately negotiated transactions, or via other methods in accordance with applicable securities laws and other relevant legal requirements.
