(" Blue Moon " or the " Company ") (TSXV: MOON) (NASDAQ: BMM) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated March 3, 2026, regarding the previously announced financing with Leonhard Nilsen & Sønner AS (the "LNS Subscription"), Hartree Partners, LP ("Hartree"), an existing shareholder of the Company, has elected to exercise its pre-emptive right to subscribe for 12,613 common shares of the Company at a price of $7.208 per common share (the "Hartree Subscription", and together with the LNS Subscription, the "Financing"). With the Hartree Subscription, the Financing will consist of an aggregate of 181,127 common shares for total gross proceeds of $1,305,563.41.
