Balance Sheet Growth and Improvements in Asset Quality NOVATO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bank of Marin Bancorp, "Bancorp" (Nasdaq: BMRC), parent company of Bank of Marin, "Bank," announced net income of $7.5 million for the third quarter of 2025, compared to a net loss of $8.5 million (net income of $4.7 million, non-GAAP) for the second quarter of 2025, a 61.4% increase on a non-GAAP net income basis. Diluted income per share was $0.47 for the third quarter, compared to diluted loss per share of $(0.53) (diluted earnings per share of $0.29, non-GAAP) for the prior quarter. Net income for the first nine months of 2025 totaled $3.9 million ($17.1 million, non-GAAP), compared to a net loss of $14.4 million (net income of $8.5 million, non-GAAP) for the same period last year.
