Confirms BNC is fully compliant with Nasdaq rules for holding the annual meeting LOUISVILLE, CO, Feb. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CEA Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: BNC) (“BNC” or the “Company”), a growth-oriented company focused on managing the world’s largest corporate treasury of BNB token, today responded to false claims made by YZILabs Management Ltd. (“YZi Labs”) about the Company’s compliance with Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) rules regarding the date of the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”): BNC is in full compliance with Nasdaq Rule 5620(a). Nasdaq rules also allow the Company to submit a plan to regain compliance if the Annual Meeting has not been held by the fiscal year end.
