SAN DIEGO, April 04, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bionano Genomics, Inc. (Nasdaq: BNGO) today announced that it has entered into definitive agreements for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 8,733,626 shares of its common stock (or common stock equivalents in lieu thereof) and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 8,733,626 shares of its common stock at an offering price of $1.145 per share of common stock (or per common stock equivalent in lieu thereof) and accompanying warrant, in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. The warrants will be exercisable immediately upon issuance, have an exercise price of $1.02 per share and expire five years from the date of issuance. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about April 8, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. H.C.
