VICTOR, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (NYSE: BNL) (“BNL,” the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), today announced that Broadstone Net Lease, LLC, its operating partnership (the “issuer” or the “OP”), has priced a public offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior unsecured notes due 2032 (the “Notes”). The Notes were priced at 99.151% of the principal amount and will mature on November 1, 2032. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on September 26, 2025, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Notes will be senior unsecured obligations of the OP and will be jointly and severally guaranteed by BNL.BNL intends to use a portion of the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes to fund potential acquisition opportunities, to repay amounts outstanding under BNL’s $1 billion revolving credit facility, term loans and other indebtedness, and for other general corporate and working capital purposes.J.P.
