NEW YORK, June 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Global X Funds, the New York-based provider of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), today announced that the Global X Robotics and Artificial Intelligence ETF (BOTZ), has crossed the $100 million in assets under management threshold. The fund launched on September 12, 2016 and tracks the Indxx Global Robotics & Artificial Intelligence Thematic Index. According to data from ETF.com as of 5/30/2017, BOTZ became just one of 23 ETPs launched since 2016 to have amassed over $100 million in assets, a significant milestone for newly launched ETPs. The fund offers investors access to the burgeoning robotics and AI technologies that are rapidly being applied in a variety of sectors.
