(NYSE:BOX), the leading Intelligent Content Management platform, today announced that its Board of Directors authorized an expansion of its share repurchase program under which Box may repurchase up to an additional amount of $500 million of its outstanding Class A common stock through September 30, 2027.“The profitable growth we delivered in fiscal 2026 demonstrates the success of our Intelligent Content Management platform strategy.
