Fourth Quarter Net Income: $234 million, an increase of $23 million from the previous quarter. Earnings Per Share (EPS): $3.53, an increase of $0.38 per share. Loan Growth: Total growth for the year was $2.2 billion, a 6% increase. Common Equity Tier 1 Ratio: 15.7% at year-end. Tangible Book Value Per Share: $82.65, a 21% increase year over year. Share Repurchase: Approximately $500 million in common stock repurchased during 2025. Quarterly Dividend: Increased by $0.05 to $0.75 per share. Net Interest Income (NII): $658 million, an increase of $11 million for the quarter. Net Interest Margin: Expanded by 10 basis points to 3.61% on a GAAP basis. Noninterest Income: $166 million, a decrease of $5 million compared to Q3. Operating Expenses: $473 million, a decrease of $22 million compared to Q3. Net Charge-Offs: 52 basis points for the year, a decrease of 16 basis points from last year. Allowance for Credit Losses (ACL): Increased by $22 million to $108 million.
