Brookfield Property Partners Portfolio: Final Performance Summary In February, I presented a hedged portfolio built around a position in Brookfield Property Partners, designed for conservative investors unwilling to risk a decline of more than 14%. These portfolios last six months, so here I update this one's final performance. This portfolio returned 6.43% over six months, net of hedging and trading costs. This exceeded the 5.94% expected return for our site estimated for it in February.
