SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 11, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Black Rock Coffee Bar, Inc. (“Black Rock Coffee Bar”) today announced the pricing of the initial public offering of 14,705,882 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $20.00 per share. Black Rock Coffee Bar has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,205,882 shares of its Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Black Rock Coffee Bar shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on September 12, 2025 under the ticker symbol “BRCB.” The offering is expected to close on September 15, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
