Anheuser-Busch InBev's option on Craft Brew Alliance to run out Anheuser-Busch InBev's (NYSE: BUD BREW A-B has to pay Craft Brew Alliance a $20M "shortfall" fee if a last minute deal isn't worked out. The company holds a 31% stake in BREW. Shares of Craft Brew Alliance closed at $12.50 yesterday.
